6. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Zambia. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in Zambia, except that MEIT may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

MEIT reserves the right to modify or revise these Terms at any time, and such changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
