To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will meit world technologies be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
B. Our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or in connection with these terms or your use of our services will not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, to us during the twelve-month period prior to the event giving rise to such liability.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Zambia, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
